TOP 5 TOP 5 TOP 5
Heading to Rio? Here are my top five favorite places to dine! The spectrum ranges from burger joints to five star dining.
You can’t have a trip to Rio and not eat at burger joint, and specifically, this one. Don't foget, Brazil is known for it's meat which means burger game is 100. There are several T.T. burgers in Rio. I'd recommend hanging out at Copacobana beach and heading to one near there. No matter what time of day, this place is packed just spttin’ out those fire burgers.
Puro is a Brazilian restaurant inside a small house in Rio’s Jardim Botanico district. Make reservations ahead of time requesting to be seated outside on their 3rd floor. There are several restaurants in walking distance from Puro. Add the botanical gardens before or after to make it a complete night out. Enjoy the intimate setting with your date or small group.
Location: R. Visc. de Carandaí - Jardim Botânico, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 22460-020, Brasil
Have you been hanging out at Copcabana beach all day? Maybe Ipanema? May be time for a nice, refreshing meal. Walk on over to Venga. Sand permitted. The perfect beach restaurant serving tapas and aperols. Now you’re on vacation mode.
If you're into fine dining on your trip to Rio, you can't miss this joint. Sit outside at this restaurant next to the Jockey track and look out towards Christ the Redeemer statue while enjoying a Brazilan steak. The ambiance here is a classy, upscale steakhouse. The kind of place that Brazilian soccer players take their girlfriends to.
Feels like you’re dining inside a multi-layer tree house in the tropical jungle of Rio looking over the beautiful hills of Santa Teresa. Aprazivel Sabor makes the cut for my top 5 favorite restaurants in the world. If you go to Rio, DO NOT miss the chance to dine here. That is an order. Good for lunch and dinner, groups, friends, and definitely if you want to flex on your mamacita.
